Oxford Benefits Inc. (“Oxford Benefits,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers SMS text messaging as a way to communicate with clients regarding their insurance benefits, claims, and related services. By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms of Service.

Program Description

This program sends transactional and service-related messages only. Message types may include: alerts that an important email has been sent to you, appointment confirmations and reminders, benefits and claims updates, enrollment confirmations, and policy servicing information. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and will not exceed 1 message per day.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Oxford Benefits by providing your phone number and giving your express consent through our secure online enrollment form.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

Carrier Liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to This Agreement

Oxford Benefits may update these SMS Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance.
